This website collects nothing
That is the entire page, and the rest of it is the small print on the word “nothing”. This is about the website you are reading — the product’s privacy architecture, sealed storage and no plaintext in the middle, is a separate thing and is described on how it works.
What the PoolParty app and our online services handle is described in the app's privacy notice.

What this website does and does not collect
There is nothing on this site to fill in, so there is nothing for it to keep. No form, no sign-up, no account, no newsletter. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no tag manager, and makes no request to anybody else — the fonts, the images and what little JavaScript there is are all served from this domain. There is no advertising identifier because there is no advertising, and nothing is written to your browser’s storage.
That is not a policy position so much as a description of the code. There is no switch labelled “collect nothing” that somebody could turn off later; the machinery that would do the collecting does not exist.
There used to be a form. Until 1 September 2026 this site ran a waitlist that stored an email address and two optional answers. It is gone, along with the endpoint behind it — the site is now static files and nothing else.
Information handled by hosting and email
Two things, and neither is a thing this site does.
- The host keeps ordinary request logs. Asking for a web page means telling a server which page and from which address, and the company serving these files keeps that record like every web host does. It is theirs rather than ours, we have not asked for anything extra in it, and nothing on this site adds to it beyond what fetching a page already carries.
- Mail you send us is mail. If you write to the address below, we have your message and your address, because that is what writing to somebody is. Who reads it, and the one third party on that path, are two sections down.
- The waitlist is that mail, and nothing else. If you write to ask when the beta opens, we keep your message so that we can answer it — which means, for as long as it sits there, we have your address and we intend to write to you once. There is no database, no signup record, no confirmation loop and nothing on this website that knows you wrote: it is a mailbox with messages in it. Say the word and it is deleted, as below.
Request deletion of your email
Write to hello@poolpartyai.com and say so, and the mail you sent is deleted — including a message asking to be told when the beta opens, which deletes you from the waitlist because the message is the waitlist entry. No form and no verification loop — with one condition that is not negotiable: the request has to come from the address you want removed. Otherwise anyone could delete anyone.
Who is responsible for personal information
PoolParty Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company is responsible for this website. Written enquiries: hello@poolpartyai.com.
Who reads mail you send us
An automated assistant reads hello@poolpartyai.com first. It answers questions this website already answers, and it says so at the bottom of every reply it writes. Everything else it passes to a person, along with what you wrote.
Legal notices, deletion and privacy requests, security reports and copyright complaints always go to a person, with no substantive automated reply. Deleting something cannot be undone and the request arrives in an email that could have been sent by anyone, so no automated system acts on it.
That mailbox is hosted by AgentMail, and an automated assistant built on Anthropic’s Claude reads it first. Mail you send there passes through AgentMail and Anthropic on its way to us; these services handle email, not this static website.
Changes to this page
If this site ever starts collecting something, this page says so before the collection starts, and the date above moves. That is not only good manners: the build refuses to publish a public site that collects personal data without naming who is responsible for it, so the two cannot come apart quietly.
One thing this page is not. It is a plain description of a small website. If PoolParty starts taking money, or the site starts collecting anything beyond mail you choose to send, this page will be updated before that begins.
